Refund Policy

At Mocha Mommy Strength Inc., we honor your time, energy, and investment. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all coaching sessions, group programs, and digital services:

 

One-on-One Sessions & Clarity Calls

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered missed sessions and are non-refundable.

• If you miss a session without notice, no refund will be issued. One courtesy reschedule is allowed per client.

 

Group Coaching Programs

• Full payment or first installment is required to secure your spot in a group program.

• No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

• If you are unable to participate after enrolling and notify us at least 48 hours before the program start date, a credit may be issued toward future offerings (subject to approval and availability).

 

Digital Products & Downloads

• All digital guides, templates, and toolkits are final sale and non-refundable.

• If you experience a technical issue accessing a product, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
