Coaching Services and Programs

Mocha Mommy Strength Inc. provides empowerment coaching, group programs, and digital wellness resources.

By booking a coaching session or enrolling in a program:

  • You agree to the associated payment terms and refund policy

  • You understand that coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice

  • You are responsible for your participation and personal growth outcomes

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We honor your time, energy, and investment. The following policies apply:

For One-on-One Sessions & Clarity Calls:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

  • One courtesy reschedule is allowed per client

For Group Coaching Programs:

  • Full payment or the first installment is required to reserve your spot

  • No refunds are issued once the program has started

  • If canceled 48 hours prior to the program start, a credit may be issued for future offerings (upon approval)

For Digital Products:

  • Digital guides and resources are final sale and non-refundable

  • If you experience a technical issue, we will resolve it promptly

User Accounts and Confidentiality

You may be required to create an account or provide information to access certain parts of the site. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. All coaching sessions and communications are kept confidential in accordance with coaching ethics and community values.
